This commercial block is a single brick story above a concrete basement which resounds with the crackling of billiard balls. Above the requisite transomed storefront with recessed central entrance, a shallow, stepped parapet contrasts with decorative patterns in a darker brick frieze. A barbershop, community meeting rooms, and liquor store have also been tenants here.
