Boomer House

This two-story Carpenter's Gothic cottage with fanciful bargeboard, arched gable truss, and elaborate spoolwork housed William Boomer, a pioneer farmer and a mayor of Greeley. The gable over the front entry porch is repeated above the second-story windows with a sunburst tympanum.
