1886. 1203 9th Ave. (southwest corner of 12th St.)

This trim, two-story Queen Anne Style house of red brick has elaborate sweeping curves incorporated in the bargeboard trim of the gable ends. A second-story sleeping porch and two first-story porches amid many gables, bays, and projecting elements add outdoor access.
