This two-story house with outbuildings retains much of its initial form, with a one-room-wide second story, a wraparound veranda, and original glass in the windows. The nearby house at 75 W. Bluff Drive was also built in 1864, but its extensive wrap-around side porch (the second story of which has recently been enclosed) is unusual for Savannah.
