Japanese Clubhouse

1935. 1130 Renton Rd.

Built as a social hall for Tenney Village, this simple single-wall building, with a gabled front porch and sliding door entrance, hosted dances and weddings, and showed Japanese-language movies on a weekly basis. It was renovated in 1992 for use as the Friendship Bible Church.
