Duplex

Built for a doctor, this structure is unusual in the neighborhood—a duplex rather than a single-family home. The Spanish Colonial Revival building has typical features, such as a wing wall with an arched opening leading to stairs that wind around a two-story tower with a conical roof. Creamy stuccoed walls meet a red tile roof.
