This whimsical, red brick, modernist circular building has a delicate arched-metal screen that acts as a Formalist colonnade. The building is surrounded by a moat with access via four causeways, an extension of the fish hatchery ponds that are scattered on the west banks of Spring Lake and the San Marcos River.
