This four-story office building defers to the neighboring war memorial and helps establish an urban wall along Belvidere. At the entrance is a glass cylinder-like form injected into the otherwise boxy glass and precast concrete structure. Sheer glass walls on the river facade are stepped and curved to reflect the dramatically sloping site.
