Reverend George A. Hall House

Hall built the rather plain brick house while he served as rector of St. Luke's (WS14). (He also visited rural churches as a horse-and buggy circuit preacher.) Shortly after enlarging the dwelling, he lost it in a sheriff's sale in 1879; subsequently, it was home to a prominent doctor. In recent years it has been a telephone company office, a private residence, and now a business in the rejuvenated Riverfront District.
