Located at Kualapuu's hub of commercial activity, this modest building has corrugated-iron siding, clerestory openings, and is capped by a shallow hipped roof. The Yuen family has operated this store since the 1950s. Mr. Yuen, who came to Molokai to work for Libby, Mc-Neill and Libby, opened a store in Maunaloa during the 1930s, and then expanded his operations to include this store. It is now operated by his descendants.
