Built by a high-end clothing store, the building proclaims its purpose at the entrance with sculptures of mythological creatures and a shield carried by a man in a top hat. Essentially the building's form is that of an Italian Renaissance palazzo. The top floor and cornice are covered in colored terra-cotta ornament. The original bulb-lit steel sign still projects from the rooftop.
