This is a well-preserved two-story corner commercial building of the 1880s. On the ground floor, up a few steps from the street, is a retail store whose fenestration of glass and wood is well preserved. The space above served as a meeting hall. As is frequently the case with commercial blocks located on a corner, the corner is emphasized by a wall at a 45-degree angle to the two adjacent facades, and the bracketed cornice supports a low, curved gable end.
