A delicately detailed two-story semi-circular porch, together with its balustraded roof, declares the stability and good taste of our forebears of the Federal era. Roof dormers, as well as wall dormers, quoining, and fanlights, help to reinforce the vividness of the Colonial Revival. This large two-and-a-half-story brick and clapboard sorority house may be a remodeling of a smaller, older house.
