At the west edge of Sigourney is a handsomely sited two-story brick Italianate box of a house. The central arched entrance is balanced on each side by arched casement windows that descend to the floor. The second floor, above the entrance, has a tall double-arched window with double-arched windows to each side. The house is framed by an open lawn that is pressed in on each side by evergreen trees.
