This Craftsman church combines shingles, board-and-batten, plaster, and half-timber. The single wall at one side of the main gable rises and becomes the wall of the gabled tower. In its own turn, the wall of the tower extends down into the shingled surface with a large-scale open X-frame of the belfry. The entrance, as if in a dwelling, is through a porch hidden to the side.
