A sizable red brick Italianate villa is set within extensive suburban grounds that include a large barn and stables. A wide cupola enriched by groups of double-hung windows surmounts the roof of the main section of the house. The one-and-a-half-story service wing to the rear exhibits wall dormers with gable roofs that break through the wide entablature and projecting cornice of the roof.
