Eagle Harbor Lighthouse

Eagle Harbor Light is a brick gable-roofed keeper's dwelling and octagonal light tower that held a fourth-order Fresnel lens made by Sautter of Paris. It replaced a light built here in 1851. A fog signal was added in 1895. In 1999 Congress transferred ownership of the lighthouse to the Keweenaw County Historical Society. The society operates a museum in the lighthouse.
