This one-story structure of coursed granite ashlar has rock-faced stones that give it a robust appearance. The building was originally constructed with two stories that contained offices. It was remodeled in 1919 by the Tonopah Divide Mining Company after a fire destroyed the upper floor. The main entrance faces the intersection of Brougher Avenue and St. Patrick Street, set in a cutaway corner of the building. Four storefront bays with large windows face Brougher Avenue. All the window and door openings had prism glass transoms, now covered by wood siding. A cast plaster frieze, with a pattern of repeating pointed arches and geometric forms, caps the walls.
