The long, rectangular house, built for guests establishing residency for Nevada divorces, stands at the north end of the ranch's domestic area. A full-length, shed-roofed porch resting on square columns shades doors and windows on the south facade, which faces the other domestic buildings. The building has a rustic quality that is entirely in keeping with the ranch setting.
