Oxford Valley Mall

Oxford Valley Mall because of its size and connection to the highway network drained the energy from the original Levittown Shopping Center, becoming the primary retail zone of the new car world. Most of the buildings are conventional retail with the exception of the demolished (2000) Best Products building by Venturi and Rauch, an early example of what they called a “decorated shed.” Some panels from the flower-patterned enameled metal skin of the facade are now in the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
