York architect Dempwolf and local builder Miller collaborated on this eclectic medieval style brick church. A single square Romanesque Revival clock tower and belfry flank the right side of the wide gable-fronted church with its Gothic rose window and entrance porch. Along the sides, the five roundarched windows are separated by buttresses reinforcing the exposed ornamental timbers in the church ceiling.
