Of few remaining motor courts from the 1920s and 1930s, this well-maintained establishment probably presents the most convincing image of the type. A dozen clapboard boxes, wide enough only for a door and a window, make a wavering line under the trees, with the office in front. Low gables, front to back, stretch out to cover mini-porches, each with its chair.
