Another surprise! This giant brick gable broadside to the street, topped by a chimneyed endpiece, contains three stories of windows grouped around a three-arched opening. The date is astonishing. One would guess it to be a postmodernist adaptation of a motif made famous by Robert Venturi. No other Rhode Island school resembles it. How did its architect come to this solution?
