The Thomas Goddard House, a gabled Federal house probably slightly earlier than the Card House (preceding entry), shows the persistence of the older window treatment (projecting from the wall), here with unusual rusticated window caps. The home of one of the cabinet-making Goddard family, the house has interior woodwork of exceptional quality (interior not open to the public).
