Here is another example of Beaux-Arts classicism, also arcadianized by its setback from the sidewalk with steps to landscaped terracing. In contrast to the projecting portico of the bank as the centerpiece to an elaborated wall, here the severe Doric order is locked into a more severely treated block, with the arched entrances recessed.
