This distinctively shaped structure was built by the Wills family as a restaurant and coffee shop. Located on U.S. 60 between Lexington and Buena Vista, the building drew the attention (and business) of travelers. The aluminum-clad, round structure with handle and spout attached sits on a concrete slab that was originally painted red to simulate a stove burner. A form of commercial advertising, such novelty buildings are sometimes found along older roadways. The building has accommodated several subsequent commercial ventures.
