This resort is one of the few buildings to stand out along the multi-mile Padre Boulevard, the linear spine that organizes the city. From its seven-story circular core emanate two diagonal, fifteen-story wings that descend in height as they provide stepped rooftop terraces overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
