This pair of town houses, although built economically, incorporates such sustainable practices and materials as the slatted, cement-fiberboard rain screen exterior walls. Choreographed circulation and framed views lead to spatial surprises inside, complementing the serenity of the seemingly windowless street front. Next door are four similarly conceived row houses of 2006 by Strasser Ragni with developer-architect Rodolfo Fabre.
