The Gruene Store can be regarded as the commercial counterpart to the Gruene mansion ( NB15), demonstrating the wealth and status of the family. The main facade features an angled entrance bay at one end, along with two other entrances set between the large store windows. The angled bay is emphasized by a pedimented parapet and the principal facade has a tall centered parapet ornamented by a bull's-eye window.
