Pratt House

-A A +A
1939. 304 West Pioneer Ave.

One of the largest houses in town, the Pratt house has been made even larger by a two-story addition on one side. Originally four bays wide, the building had a side-gable roof and a gable dormer. Sam Pratt designed the building, which was built in 1939, for him and his wife, Vega.
