A second three-story bunkhouse was constructed in 1940, designed by Seattle architects. The 34-foot-by-78-foot building housed fifty men and also had a schoolroom/movie room with a seating capacity of eighty or ninety people, a first-aid room, hospital bedroom, and nurse's bedroom.
