Constructed as part of the Naval Radio Station, this apartment building has a brick exterior, the only one in the Aleutian Islands. The wood frame was veneered with bricks, which were painted olive drab after the bombing. The six-apartment building has steeply pitched gable roofs reminiscent of the Tudor Revival style.
