Like many well-designed, understated Vail buildings, this one is bigger than it seems to be. Textured beige stucco and low-lying forms are further integrated with the site by close-planted trees and a deck over Gore Creek. This contemporary, sprawling, multi-story development includes a hotel, condominiums, restaurant, and health club.
