This clapboard church, classical except for its Gothic-arched windows, is simple in the best Christian Science tradition. Tasteful traditional elements such as the columned porch, bracketed eaves, and pilasters, as well as the matching rear reading room added in 1927, adorn this distant relative of a Greek temple, which bows to its more imposing residential neighbors.
