Park Headquarters

-A A +A
1923, Jesse Nusbaum. 1940, additions

The original small, three-room office just south of the Chief Ranger Station has been expanded to 2,000 square feet but remains a fine example of Pueblo Revival massing and detail. Peeled log posts have zigzag capitals, while the battered sandstone walls are enlivened by vigas and hewn log window and door surrounds.
