In a typical but handsome design, the Denver architects used two stories of dark red brick on a rectangular plan with a rough rhyolite base rising to the sill level of the first floor. Raised, brick-trimmed courses of rough stone, brick piers and quoins, recessed brick spandrels, and window arches of tapestry brick enliven the facade with a Neo-Tudor touch.
