This long, narrow, Chateau Style town house is one of the finest of many splendid homes in the 7th Avenue Parkway Historic District. A steep tiled roof with roundel dormers covers the two-story stuccoed masonry walls with a brick base and brick trim on tall, narrow fenestration bays. A two-story, semicircular conservatory bay overlooks the walled back gardens.
