Town Square, City Park, and Visitor Information Cabin

U.S. 40 between 3rd and 4th sts. and Central Ave.

The Louisiana Pacific and Tri-River lumber companies, the town's largest employers in the 1980s, helped renovate two log cabins in the Town Square. One is a new visitor information center, a twin of the old jail next door, which has been rehabilitated as a museum.
