1931, Mountjoy and Frewen. Southwest corner of Virginia Ave. and N. Wisconsin St.

Iron flower planters were built into this two-story concrete Art Deco town hall. Recessed windows are separated by vertical piers topped by panels with a foliage motif. The south end of the building was originally a fire station.
