Lord Dunraven's Cottage

-A A +A
1874. 890 Fish Creek Rd.

After his first hunting trip to Estes Park in 1872, Lord Dunraven had this cottage built. The irregular stone and frame house has a combination hip and gable roof which resembles a witch's hat. This many-angled house became the home of Theodore Whyte, the agent who tried to buy all of Estes Park for Dunraven.
