Embassy of Iceland

-A A +A
1927, George N. Ray. 2443 Kalorama Rd. NW

This large brick house has vertical emphasis that is achieved by two steep, offset gables facing the street and a high hip roof. The main architectural interest consists of the differing textures of various brick patterns set within the black wood frame of the half timbering on the entry gable.
