Built for a lumber merchant, this house presents one of the neighborhood’s more exuberant expressions of Victorian eclecticism, combining Queen Anne and Gothic Revival features, but organized in an unusually symmetrical manner with matching onion domes atop corner projecting bays. Pressed metal ceilings, wainscoting, an ornate staircase, and pocket doors are notable interior features.
