Lustron House

-A A +A
c. 1950. 2567 Meadowbrook Dr. S.E.

This is the side-entrance model of the pre-fabricated metal Lustron house. It snuggles into its suburban setting in the same fashion as any spec or architect-designed dwelling. There are several other Lustron houses in Cedar Rapids. One can be seen at 3616 First Avenue.
