Welch House

c. 1858. Southeast corner of N. Van Buren and E. Ronalds streets

This early small side-hall cottage has a pair of parapeted gable ends with chimneys. This brick dwelling is set on a rather high stone basement, and stone has been employed for the flat window and door lintels. The house has recently been restored.
