Mass Building

-A A +A
1901. 702–704 W. 3rd St., northeast corner of Gaines Ave.

This is a three-story brick commercial building with a metal-clad corner bay tower and two angular bays that are also sheathed in metal. The design format is really taken from the nineteenth century, but the detailing leans toward the classical. The street floor has been appreciably modified.
