The charming proportions and wood detailings of this one-and-a-half-story Gothic Revival cottage make it one of the most impressive in the state. The sawed bargeboards within the gable ends are indeed like lace. The small entrance pavilion as well as the bay window on the right side are equally luxurious, with paneled walls and bracketed roof.
