Spear House

-A A +A
1889. 120 E. 9th St.

Even though the house has been re-sided, the ornamentation is strong enough to maintain the original Queen Anne character of the building's design. Especially assertive are the detailing of the third floor of the corner bay tower, the wide bargeboards of the gables, the tiny cut-in corner porch of the second floor, and finally the substantial entrance/veranda with columns.
