This is one of four nineteenth-century commercial blocks located along East Fourth Street between Court and Iowa streets (one is MW118). This one is a three-story Richardsonian Romanesque block with a rounded corner. The engaged piers extend through and above the balustrade and cornice of the roof. The ground floor has been appreciably remodeled.
