This very correct Beaux-Arts exercise is so correct that it is on the dry side, but it was still carried out well. The principal facade of this Carnegie library exhibits a Roman Doric pedimented entrance. The architect has given all the principal windows rectangular false porticoes articulated by Ionic columns.
