A classic two-story brick Italianate cube has emerged from the ordinary through the luxurious wood console brackets that support the small flat roof over the side entrance door. These seem almost like two carved supports for a Victorian sideboard. In striking contrast, the curved wood lintels over the windows are refined and quite delicate.
